Common Troubleshooting & Solutions


1. Engine Power Loss Under Load

2. Soft or Unresponsive Brakes
Common Causes: Air in the brake lines, worn brake pads, or a faulty relay valve.
Solutions: Bleed the air from the system, replace worn pads, and inspect the relay valve for leaks.

3. Hydraulic Fifth Wheel Issues
Common Causes: Low lubrication, a stuck locking mechanism, or a damaged kingpin.
Solutions: Grease the fifth wheel regularly, clean and lubricate the locking mechanism, and inspect the kingpin for wear.

4. High Fuel Consumption
